Hampton Inn & Suites Little Rock-Downtown

When we arrived, our room smelled awful! It smelled like a chimney bc whoever stayed in that room before us smoked & that smell was embedded everywhere. Although the hotel is nonsmoking, the front desk staff apologized & immediately got us into a different room. The accommodations were good from there. Quiet, not noisy so we were well rested. No doors slamming late at night or early in the morning waking us up or interrupting sleep. Beds were clean & comfortable. Bathroom was spacious & plenty of linens. Breakfast was very good & clean & staff was kind & accommodating.

The rooms are a great size. Great extras supplied in the bathroom. Parking was handy with a easy route to the hotel. The breakfast was great. Clara the cook was super helpful!

The staff when I arrived was wonderfully professional. I am not usually a fan of any of the Hilton hotels, but this one has started to change my mind. The breakfast that was provided was phenomenal. It was worth the stay just for that alone. This was by far the best complimentary continental breakfast I have ever had a hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff ok. I found the bathtub a bit treacherous for taking a shower - a bath at or friction strips would be helpful. I tend to consistently expect a little more from Hampton In and the Little Rock location was pretty average.

The location is fantastic and the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the view of the park and Presidential museum out the window
